Norco Primex 2020 will be held at Casino, northern NSW, on September 10th-12th.
Primex director Bruce Wright said the new date was based on the rescheduling of field days and events into the second half of the year as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak.
“The switch to the September 10th-12th date was always our preferred option,” he said. “Now Primex is perfectly timed to assist industries to bounce back.
“We already have some major announcements that we plan to roll out over the next few weeks that are aimed at bringing much-needed practical assistance, especially to those in the primary industries arena.”
Primex is one of Australia’s most significant field day events and has been staged every year at Casino since 1985. This year’s event was originally planned for May 21-23.
The expo has evolved greatly in recent years, especially the Paddock to Plate feature. The theme of this year’s Primex is: ‘Where Farmers and Foodies meet’.
